Insurance
If insurance is included in the contract, we offer the following coverage:

Theft: But only when 2 original keys from the bike lock are provided

Damage: When damage is inflicted to the Delivery Ebike (damage from the third party)

Service
Service and repair tickets filled through the portal before 20.00 hrs will be taken care of within 24 hrs (NL) and 48 hrs (BE and DE)
Our service hours are 09 hr-21 hr
If we can't access the Delivery Ebike within this timeframe we cannot guarantee the above time window for service or repair
